For the client who collects peanut shells from local supplier, or has sufficient waste material after peanut oil pressing, could consider pellet production from it for burning. In consideration of abundant oil content in peanut shell, the pellets are also supposed to be rich in caloric for burning.

The process flowchart of 2TPH peanut shell pellet plant is designed as below:
1st hammer mill → drying machine → 2nd hammer mill → pellet mill → cooling machine → vibrating sieve → bagging machine
It needs at least two sets of KMPM508 ring die pellet mill to reach such capacity and finished peanut shell pellets are packaged in 15kg bags that ready for retail.
